Shipping
We ship using the standard carrier services and unless otherwise requested, we ship using ground service. Overnight shipping is available, but we need to be contacted either by email or phone to provide the additional pricing.
A percentage fee of the total purchase is applied to all orders to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Items of unusual size, weight or value have additional shipping charges and a notation of "additional shipping charges apply" will be displayed in the description of the product.
Our normal delivery time for Limited Edition Prints is within 1 - 2 weeks of confirmation of your order. We do attempt to make every effort to have your piece arrive sooner.
Traditional Print shipping is usually within 1 week.
StoryBook and Illuminart will take approx. 2 - 3 weeks unless you are ordering Illumart 4 packs, those will be within 1 week.
Our products are shipped to you insured, so if an item arrives damaged during shipping we need to be contacted within 24 hours.
