Products sold on Heirloom Crafters come with a satisfaction guarantee.
Any product (excluding custom-made products, like personalized items or items made to the buyer's specifications) can be returned to Heirloom Crafters for a refund of the product price (less shipping and handling) when Heirloom Crafters is notified within 3 days of receipt for any of the following reasons:
You are not satisfied with the product.
(Items returned for this reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee)
The product was not as described on the site.
The product was damaged during shipment.

In order to receive a refund for the product (not including shipping and handling cost), you must follow these directions:
Send an email to Heirloom Crafters at info@heirloomcrafters.com within 3 days of receipt of the product, including all of the following information:
The item you are returning.
Your invoice/receipt number
Your name, address and phone number.
Your email address.
Reason for return.
We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), along with complete instructions for the proper return of the item. The cost to ship/insure the item back to Heirloom Crafters is the responsibility of the buyer.
